Completed a $22M Series B Equity Financing
Led development of a 5-year plan and went on road show as CFO for a data technology company that completed a $22 million Series B equity financing led by a New York venture capital firm (May 2015).  Engagement responsibilities include preparing materials used in investment planning, financial reporting, investor relations, as well as participating in weekly executive meetings and quarterly board meetings.

Designed Business Plan for a $35M Series E Equity Financing
Worked on a 3 year engagement as a Financial Consultant for a software technology company. During this time I designed a 3-year business plan with support from the leadership team, which was used to complete a $35 million Series E equity financing led by a Silicon Valley venture capital firm (April 2014).  Worked closely with team members in investing against the plan for 3 annual operating cycles and prepared financial slides presented to the Board of Directors.  Consulted with the Finance and HR team on specialized technical accounting matters, completing the annual audits, and systems projects.  Company won Puget Sound Business Journal Best Company to Work for and CEO named Entrepreneur of the Year by Ernst & Young.

Consulted on a Corporate Initiative Resulting in a $250M Commitment
Consulted on a corporate development plan as Finance Consultant for a NASDAQ listed technology and telecommunications company that resulted in $250 million to invest in emerging technology companies.  Helped source and completed due diligence on three initial investments totaling over $25 million with target deal sizes of $5 to 10 million.  One of these investments was sold to a global technology company within 6 months of initial investment and generated a 2X return to investors.
